We worked on the boat taking care of routine maintenance and upkeep.  Doug did get the ice maker working this morning, so it was a good start to the day.  We also went to the other marina to review with our looper friends weather scenarios for the next few days.  I worked on cleaning the windows and isinglass on the back (aft) part of the boat, laundry and vacuuming. They are all in a row from our boat back, about 7 in all are here right now.  We met before dinner tonight to talk about our trips, stops and of course, weather.  People who are doing the loop will typically display a flag denoting they belong to the AGLCA (America&#8217;s Great Loop Cruisers Associate). We relaxed and enjoyed the evening.  This is a picture looking out of the marina across the harbor.  The itty-bitty lighthouse is shining and the water tower in the back is on Coast Guard property.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We still don&#8217;t have certain travel plans yet.  Locks E16 and E17 on the Erie Canal are still closed, so going north will continue to be slow for everyone.  We&#8217;re not in a hurry as there will be quite a bit of debris when they do open the canal.  Hitting any of that might damage the boat, so waiting to head north might be a better option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our friends at the other marina have a standing 10am meeting to discuss the weather and travel options.  It&#8217;s really informative, we&#8217;ll go again tomorrow to see what everyone thinks about traveling later this week.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Not the most exciting day today but it was a productive one.
