Another day on the boat, kind of. We are chipping away at our list of things to do during our extended stay in Schenectady. Doug got the aft bilge pump replaced, defrosted the ice machine, got an enhanced Garmin Glo up and running (will more accurately show our position) and went to town to get spare parts for engine thingys. I did some hand sewing on our Isinglass windows. The velcro on some of the the glass was not sticking anymore (don’t you just hate that???), so I hand sewed new velcro on top of the old. Man do I ever appreciate electric sewing machines, it took hours to hand sew that stuff. But we can check that off the list also. We took CJ for a couple of walks and at the top of the marina walkway there is a description of some of the history of Schenectady. Hopefully more on that tomorrow.

After we relax a bit, we head over to the casino for some dinner. We decide on the Mian restaurant. The funny thing is, that’s the same place we ate at on our route home when we purchased the boat. Three years ago, we stopped at the Schenectady Yacht Club and walked over the bridge to the casino for dinner. Not much has changed in three years.
