It’s great to be the CJ!

,

Another good day, a bit windy but that didn’t seem to keep CJ from having fun at the park and rolling in the grass.

After breakfast we walked over to a neighboring park to watch speed boat races. Cambridge was hosting the Cambridge Classic Powerboat Regatta, the oldest active powerboat race in the country. Man do those guys fly, most reaching over 100 mph.

We’ve seen some pretty ingenious ways to hang fenders for fixed docks. The best one’s were made from PVC and line (aren’t you proud I didn’t say rope John???). We went to town to get the supplies and make our own. Doug did a great job making them. Getting them home was a little tricky but the bungee cords worked perfectly. I do have to say though, we did look a little like the Beverly Hillbillies with all that stuff tied to our scooters, ha ha ha.
