Well, another rain day. Not much wind, but it rained from sun up to sun down.

But that didn’t keep us from venturing out! We walked around a bit, let CJ do his “CJ things”. It was a little chilly and guess what we found? Yup, a nice warm hot chocolate and white chocolate mocha from Starbucks. After people watching for a bit, we went back to the boat and played some cards, had some leftovers for lunch and got caught up on some things. Time flew by and before long it was time to think about dinner. We had gotten a message from a fellow Looper yesterday about trying to work in an Orioles game, but we weren’t able to get ourselves organized in time. We did meet them for dinner tonight however. It was a Mexican place called Barcocina, really good food at a reasonable price. Brian and Pam are almost done with their loop and hope to “cross their wake” in a couple of months.

Our token food picture for the day. After dinner we stopped by a gelato place called Pitango. We got a cup with two scoops, dark chocolate and chocolate chip. Three spoons, two scoops; who could ask for more?

At dinner we learned that Brian and Pam had indeed gone to the baseball game, but the best??? Pam caught a foul ball off the third base line. We went back to their boat to see all of the renovations Brian had done, and to our surprise, Pam gave her baseball to Jerome. He is beyond excited, a great day for all of us. The people doing the Loop are an incredible group of folks, we have seen generosity time and time again. Thank you Pam and Brian for making today very special.
