Doug and John drive straight through and get back to the boat around 11 pm Tuesday (8/5). Today will be a pretty full day, starting off with breakfast at Tim Horton’s. There’s lots to choose from and there might have even been some take home goodies too! While they still have the car there was a trip to the grocery store; on the list is the mandatory milk in a plastic bag, a PLASTIC BAG. I still don’t know what that’s all about.
The props aren’t ready yet, so there’s time to take care of the engine and generator oil changes. It’s a messy job but it keeps those engines humming. The rental car was returned, they even drove Doug and John back to the marina!
For dinner there is a buffet of soy bean edamame, lobster bisque and crumpets. That’s a mish-mash for sure!
