Touring Onancock, Va

Not a good traveling day, too windy, so we toured Onancock today. What a lovely coastal town full of friendly people. Toward the end of the day we squeezed in a tour of a historic house. Wow, the lady there was so knowledgeable. We learned that she was a docent at Windsor Castle! We also took the scooters to WalMart to pick up a few things, that was fun.

We started the day at the local bakery where they make cookies, breads, pastries and donuts! We got enough for breakfast tomorrow : ). Just down the street was a nice open market where you could by fresh fruits and vegetables.

A picture of all the things to do on North and Market streets in town.

Happy Mother’s Day Laura. We gave out pink carnations to all the ladies, thanks to Andrea. Keep us updated on your journey…and yes I am praying for “wisdom” for Doug. Love you both, Margie & Jimmy
