Day 3 on the water. CJ is getting better at this.

,

We were relieved today to see CJ sleeping while we were at the helm. He’s getting the hang of this boating thing. Still not his favorite, but he’ll get a long walk and play time this afternoon when we get to Solomon’s Island.

This is not my picture, but we did see it from a distance. It is the target ship USS Hannibal. We initially thought it was a tug with something in tow. When we looked thought the binoculars and saw what it was, it seemed kind of creepy.

We traveled from Onancock, Va to Solomon’s Island, Md. It was a good travel day; we’ll be here at least until Thursday.

    Hey guys!
No wonder CJ is fallen out, he carried his platypus all the way from the living room up to the bridge! Good boy!
Solomon’s is beautiful, especially on the water.
Have you seen any fun flights out of the Navy Test Pilot School?
Thanks again for keeping everybody up to date! God bless you guys!

We’ve seen all sorts of planes flight in/out of there. Jets, fighters, teeny jets. Solomon’s was a great place to visit and the Yacht Club was superb, really friendly folks.
